
A graduate with Distinction in psychology from McGill, Dr. Cohen received his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine at Tel-Aviv University and subsequently completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident. He completed fellowship training in Spine and Occupational Medicine at Boston's New England Baptist Hospital with a focus on spinal intervention and functional restoration.
Dr. Cohen has been practicing at The Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center in Trumbull, CT since 2001. Dr. Cohen is triple board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, He is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society, where he serves as Vice Chairman of the Education Committee and is a national level Instructor of interventional spinal procedures. His other professional affiliations include The American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, North American Spine Society, and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Quinnipiac Frank Netter School of Medicine.
